Chiropractic

A variety of treatment modalities may be used depending on your case. This can include chiropractic adjustments, Active Release Techniques (ART), instrument adjustments, other soft tissue treatments, and rehabilitation exercises.

Have a question about your condition or need help with your prescribed at-home care and can't make it into the clinic? A Telehealth appointment is a secure 1-on-1 session completed through your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Once booked, a link will be sent to you at your chosen appointment time to join the secure session.

Dr. Sebastian Lilja BHSc (Hons), DC

Having experienced the benefits of chiropractic care for his entire life, it was an obvious decision for Dr. Sebastian to commit his professional life to chiropractic.

Dr. Sebastian received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. In his final year at CMCC, he completed and published research while finishing his clinical internship in Oakville. Dr. Sebastian is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, and is licensed by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

Dr. Sebastian’s commitment to your health extends beyond the clinic walls. His goal is to get you out of pain, help you move better, prevent future injury, and optimize performance.

Dr. Sebastian’s treatment techniques include the use of diversified manual adjusting, low-force instrument adjusting, Active Release Techniques®, medical acupuncture, and in person exercise sessions.

Dr. J. Randy Lilja BSc, DC, FCCPOR(C)

Dr. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He also earned his fellowship in Physical and Occupational Rehabilitation. Dr. Randy is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, and is licensed by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. For 16 years, Dr. Lilja was a member of the health care team at McMaster University treating varsity athletes. He was also a preceptor for the second year locomotor skills course at McMaster University Medical School. Dr. Randy has been a member of health care teams for the World University Games and World Judo Championships.

His chiropractic techniques include the use of diversified manual adjusting, as well as low-force instrument adjusting. Dr. Lilja is an instructor in Active Release Techniques® (ART) and holds advanced certifications in all levels of ART including Masters.
